Einführung des Shelf-Life Simulators, des ersten Online-Tools zur Simulation der Haltbarkeit einer Formulierung auf der Grundlage ihrer physikalischen Parameter. Formulaction wird von Verder Scientific übernommen und schließt sich Microtrac an, wodurch Microtrac Formulaction SAS entsteht.
